Batu, 6 June 2010 Last day, one round left. It starts at 10 am with launch order based on rank. Instead of starting from 1st rank, it starts from last rank and so on. Everyone wants to do his/her best. The tension is clearly felt, especially when it’s time for the top 10 pilots. MD and launch marshal seems really know what to do. Those 10 pilots fly in very good interval, makes every pilot has time to concentrate on his approach and so with the audience who really enthusiastic to watch the best performance of these pilots. Yet experience speaks! Winning spirit of these 10 pilots is tested. Some looked quite nervous while real champions show their class. The famous Matjaz Feraric, finally closed the round with score 1, and made him the 1st winner. Everyone’s favorite – the bird from China – Guang Qiang Sheng takes 2nd place and the underdog “king”, Sead Franca from Montenegro takes the 3rd place. While three Indonesian pilots, take the 4th place with same score, 75. They are Johni Effendi, Wahyu Yudha and Ardi Kurniawan. Bravo Paragliding! Bravo Paralayang Indonesia!

Batu, 4 June 2010 Day 1, every pilot has completed three awesome rounds. First round was the worst round for almost all pilots. We call it as introduction roundJ. Second round was quite tricky since thermal was every where. Every pilot had to perform his/her skill, and wished for few luck. Wind was going calm at third rounds, and last pilot closed the day with score 012 (Rakhmat Sodikin). Chinese pilot Guang Qiang Sheng is leading for today with total score 12, followed by Jaka Gorenc from Slovenia (31) and Joni Effendy from Indonesia (68). Complete result can be seen at Result.

Batu, 4 June 2010 PGAWC series I is just begun, with total 82 pilots from 14 countries. Official training day was held yesterday in good weather. Training was start at 11.30 but have to stop around 4 pm since there was light rain and cloud base was too low. Yet all pilots can fly at least two rounds.From training day, top 10 results were dominated by local pilot, Slovenian and Chinese. However Nepal team also shows their class by showing some acrobatic maneuver.
